TOKIYA

TOKIYA is an illustrator who creates art with a near-future feel through his style of mixing solid characters and graphics. After being employed at a game production company, he began working freelance. He has been working on Pokémon TCG art since 2009. Aside form character design, he has presented works in various media including pinup illustrations for books and apparel.
